MDC AI Manager is a social media management service operated for Al Madina Discount Center. This policy explains how information is handled when an authorized user connects a TikTok account or uses the service.

Information we process

When TikTok is connected, the service may receive account identifiers, basic profile information, authorization scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and content or publishing information that the user chooses to use with the service.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate authorized users, prepare and manage approved social media content, perform requested TikTok API actions, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service.

Data security

API client secrets and TikTok authorization tokens are intended to be stored server-side. They are not intentionally exposed in browser source code. Access is limited to authorized use of the service.

Sharing

Information is not sold. Information may be transmitted to TikTok when necessary to provide TikTok integration features, and to infrastructure providers used to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Authorization data is retained only as necessary to maintain the connected service. Access may be revoked through TikTok or the service, after which stored authorization data should be removed when no longer required.

User choices

Users can decline requested TikTok permissions or revoke previously granted access through their TikTok account settings.
